Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts with Pecans
Amazing healthy side item to accompany any dish

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Brussels Sprouts Cut in Half
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans
  • 1/4 TSP Sea Salt
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Willowsted Raw Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3 Cups Brussels Sprouts Cut in Half
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans
  • 1/4 TSP Sea Salt
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Willowsted Raw Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Mix together Brussels sprouts, salt and oil.
  3. Spread brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and bake for 8 or 9 minutes
  4. Mix mustard, Willowsted honey and vinegar.
  5. Remove brussels sprouts from the oven (after the 8-9 minutes of baking)
  6. Add the Willowsted honey mixture over brussels sprouts and bake another 3 or 4 minutes.
  7. On another baking sheet, toast pecans for 2 minutes at 425° F
  8. Put brussels sprouts in a serving dish and top with pecans
